for superyachts
Funded before it’s asked for.
Proven when it’s done.
EUR 8,400 is held against this job before you start.
The vessel commits the money to that one job before it becomes work an agent can start. At handover the agent and the crew member each sign on their own phone, on the quay, with no signal. BRDG holds the record. It never holds the money.
Funded first
The amount is committed against the job before the job exists as work. Nothing reaches an agent until the funds behind it are organised.
Both people sign
Each signs on their own device, and the key that makes that signature never leaves it. Neither the vessel nor BRDG can produce your mark.
One trail, written once
Every step appends to the log — nothing overwrites. Each entry carries the fingerprint of the one before it, so a removed or altered line shows.
Works on the dock
With no signal the two phones pass the handover between themselves by QR code, then sync when signal returns. The quay is the normal case, not the exception.
The provisioning, the berth, the fuel and the customs charges are arranged on the quay in the moment. The confirmations, the approvals and the reconciliation arrive weeks later, somewhere else, out of order. Everything that matters is decided on the dock, and almost none of it is written down there.
- Running today
- Intake, agent execution, captain sign-off against a threshold, receipt reconciliation with variance flagged, and a log written once — end to end on the production schema. Still on a local data layer, so there is no live instance yet.
- In build for November
- The funding gate that stops an unfunded job reaching an agent, the two-phone signed handover that completes offline, and the fingerprint chain that seals the log. Being built now, not finished.
- Not built
- BRDG is not a bank. No custody, no escrow, no payment processing. It moves no money, and there are no customers to name, so this sheet names none.
One brand, one record, one way of signing. Only the port-call door is being built for November — the other three are directions on a roadmap, not products anyone can buy.

BRDG is operational software for port-call coordination and allocation tracking. It is not a bank, a custodian or a payment provider, and it moves no funds. Amounts described as committed or held are tracked against a vessel's own allocation; BRDG holds no client money at any time.
